At Pacific Hospice LLC, our social workers help clients and their families navigate planning for end-of-life care; understand their treatment plan; be vocal about their needs. Our hospice programs include medical care, emotional support, and pain and management treatments. Our social workers come in during the bereavement period. We assist our clients and their families in identifying available local services that will meet their needs.
