Not only is it hard to accept your loved one has been referred to hospice care, but it’s even harder to know the rights of a patient, what services are coveted and how they will be delivered. For this reason I agreed with the hospice agency my loved one was referred to. After not getting the attention we deserved, I looked for a new agency. Did you know this is your right? Well, I found out the hard way. I contacted Pacific Hospice, LLC in Cerritos. Mr. Reyes came out to our home and explained his services. I have to tell you all their staff were very caring and professional individuals. Not just to our loved one but to our whole family. They guided us every step of the way. They were always available when we need them even on a holiday. When my loved one was at his last hours Pacific Hospice, LLC sent us an LVN for continuous care. We had someone with us for over 18 hours before my loved one finally passed. Our family could not have done this alone. Pacific Hospice LLC became an addition to our family. I will forever be grateful to this agency. Their services didn’t stop after his passing. Throughout the year I’ve received letters from their staff just to check in on us. Without reservations, I recommend this agency! If you want quality service with compassionate staff then this is the right agency for you and your loved one. Look no further.

My fiancé was diagnosed with terminal cancer and when she required hospice we picked Pacific Hospice LLC. They provided everything that was needed to make her last days as comfortable and painless as possible. Pacific Hospice LLC provided the nurses that would come out to check on her and they were very professional and explained everything we needed to know. They provided all medications and all medical equipment and supplies including the bed. My fiancé suffered through a lot of pain until she got on hospice and was able to receive the proper medications to ease her pain. Any time I had a question or concern I could just call Pacific Hospice or a nurse any time, day or night and they would help us. I would like to thank Pacific Hospice LLC and their nurses for helping to ease my fiancé Lupe’s pain and make her last days as comfortable as possible.
